Quality and supply are at the heart of Charlotte Thomas’s operations. Our commitment is to deliver absolutely exceptional quality – not just in our product range, but through every aspect of our service from the first client communication and onwards through the entire relationship. 

We invest heavily in our quality and supply infrastructure, and in training programmes ensuring that our team have an understanding of the products we supply, and industries we operate in.

We have our own in-house quality control laboratory with a dedicated team.

Our laboratory is fully equipped with industry standard testing equipment, allowing us to to conduct quality assurance testing alongside the development of our future products. We are proud to be ISO 9001 accredited alongside having our own rigorous internal quality management systems.  

With our independent partners in India, China, Pakistan and Turkey, we conduct quality assurance at source, throughout our supply chain.

We are also members of the SEDEX initiative, alongside having our own rigorous quality assurance, environmental, social and ethical policies.

We have significant storage across our core distribution sites, and have the logistics partnerships and to handle even the most demanding customer needs.
